When the kids go back to school, we know that summer trips, camps, and vacations are generally behind us. It's a good time to establish some habits that we can feel good about:
-establishing a consistent work out schedule (I suggest the Beach Body streaming workouts......many choices but I stick with the Lift 4 workout, which has weightlifting, cardio, and core conditioning)
-establishing some better eating habits (like what the kids get for lunch.....do they still eat Twinkies?....how did I make it this long with all the junk I ate)
-planning ways to enjoy the fall as the weather cools (I suggest a visit to Grandfather Mountain. The ridge trail from the swinging bridge to Calloway Peak is my favorite hike)
